We pride ourselves on creating a truly personal and lasting tribute from your meaningful clothing. Each bear is crafted with care, respect, and attention to detail, making it a unique keepsake. The final design will vary depending on the materials you provide.

What are the clothing requirements for a memory bear?
We require a minimum of 3 baby clothing items, or 1 adult item (such as a shirt or jacket). If additional fabric is needed, we will thoughtfully incorporate coordinating materials from our studio to complete your bear.

How big are the memory bears?
Our keepsake bears are approximately 25–30 cm tall.

What if I don't send enough clothing items?
If additional fabric is needed, we will thoughtfully incorporate coordinating materials from our studio to complete your bear, ensuring your bear is still beautiful and complete.

What are the steps to get my memory bear?
First, select your preferred bear style from our 'Bear Styles' page. Then, gather your treasured clothing items according to our requirements. You can drop off your items in person in Auckland, New Zealand, or select the courier option at checkout to send them to us. Once we receive your items, we will lovingly craft your bear, and notify you when it's ready for collection or shipping.

How do I get my clothing to you?
You’re welcome to drop off and collect your items in person at our Auckland, New Zealand location. If you're located further away, simply select the courier option at checkout and send your clothing to us.

What is the turnaround time for a memory bear?

Our standard turnaround time is 2–3 weeks from the date we receive your clothing items. If you need your bear sooner, please contact us at info@me-and-bear.co.nz to discuss expedited options.

What advice would you give before sending clothes?
Please ensure the clothing items are clean and in good condition. Consider the variety of colours and textures as this will influence the final look of your bear. Feel free to include a note with any special instructions or memories associated with the clothes.
